I have noticed that Joshua has a few peculiar pronunciations and thought that should try to note them down
penguin = pinguroo (something to do with the fact that a penguin appears in the outback in the Koala brothers show. A penguin pretending to be a kangaroo?)
girls = giddles (only uses this pronunciation when he has been hanging out with Grandma as when she rolls the r in girls it can sound like a d)
speakers = speedles (I have no idea where this came from)
He sometimes sounds like he should be in Glasgow "Hod on a minute" "Get doun" To my surprise complete strangers in shops have picked up on the Scottish influence in his speech. Poor boy, he might end up being asked where he is from by every other New Zealander he meets....
