Disco Fever

We had a busy morning outside in the garden after Joshua decided that it would be fun if Mummy cut the grass and he helped. He was VERY helpful and managed to get grass clippings up his nose and in his ears!! But Joshua has been off colour for the past 5 days and after cutting the grass he was a bit tired. This afternoon he watched way more than the recommended TV viewing time for preschoolers :o) But Mummy is sick too so I wasn't complaining. Joshua perked up a bit just before bedtime when he was playing hide and seek with Daddy. He must have got a second wind because he suddenly started the screaming memies... This invloves screaming and giggling as loud as possible while running manically around the room. Soon after this outburst Joshua decided it was disco time. He turned all his bedroom lights off, grabbed his disco ball (courtesy of Aunty Kath) and jumped/danced around the room singing "Disco, disco in Joshua's room" at the top of his lungs. Sometimes I wonder what our neighbours can hear and what they make of what they do hear?! To set the record straight Brian and I did not teach Joshua how to disco. His lovely cousins, Michelle and Natasha, are to thank (or should I say blame) for that.
