Joshua had a feast of imaginery peanuts today. He was carrying them around just before we went out to get dinner and he tripped out the doorway and landed with a thump on the deck. I was expecting him to cry but he just said "Oh no I dropped my peanuts" and then got upset because he needed help picking them all up. I helped (as much as one can we the object is invisible) and Joshua ate the peanuts in the car on the way to dinner. (He said they were chocolate peanuts). It must sound like the poor boy is starved!! Believe me he is far from it.
We went to a Korean restuarant and ordered two different BBQ meats to share between the 3 of us. Joshua polished off almost one whole serving by himself as well as a plateful of lettuce, 2 dishes of flavoured bean sprouts, rice and some other veges of unknown origin (beans maybe). We would be able to live in Korea or Japan as Joshua loves the food from both countries. I think the staff were quite surprised by how much and what he ate, but we eat Japanese and Korean so often at home that he would go hungry if he didn't eat it.
