First steps and the toothless terror

Xander took 3 steps yesterday!! It won't be long before he is running around with his sister.

A toothless terror no longer!! 9 days before her birthday Maia has cut her first tooth. It is just a sharp edge but still a tooth :o)

Banana Birds

Dad just rang to say that on the way to preschool Joshua was talking about Banana Birds...?? And Dad being funny said "And what do they eat?" Joshua gave him the look and answered "Well they don't eat weetbix"

Joshua is Getting Married

Well not for a while yet anyway... According to Joshua he is waiting until Emily is my age and then he will marry her and have babies. He will live in a house next to Mummy's with a bridge in between so that he can go out and leave the babies with me. Maia and Xander and their future partners will be in houses also neighbouring my property!! When I said to Joshua that he might find someone else to marry rather than Emily he initially said he would "marry all the girls without babies yet"!! When I told him he couldn't do that and had to chose one he said he would marry Emily then "cause she is my best marrying friend"!!

As well as planning his future he is working hard on building up his mother's self esteem... Joshua hopped in the shower with me tonight, turned and said "Wow what a big fat tummy you have mummy!" and proceeded to pat my belly. What a blow to the ego...
